About the position
The Health and Wellness Projects Manager at Dartmouth College is responsible for leading and coordinating various projects within the Chief Health and Wellness Office. This role involves collaboration with college communications and advancement departments to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-campus projects of the CHW office
- Prioritize project requests
- Engage key stakeholder groups
- Provide on-the-ground support
- Develop grief support programming
- Develop reports and periodic updates of CHW office activities
- Manage the website and dashboard for CHW office activities
- Support faculty and staff activities within the CHW office, including HR and wellness activities and health and wellness resources
Requirements
- Master's degree in public health or a related field
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale or multiple higher education and/or health-related projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills for different stakeholder groups
- Experience working in an academic center
- Experience working across stakeholder groups
Nice-to-haves
