About the position

The position involves underwriting coordination for health benefit captives, focusing on reviewing submissions, developing proposals, and collaborating with various stakeholders to manage the captive's premium and financials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and submit documentation to underwrite new and renewal business.
• Accountable for creation and preparation of proposals.
• Data entry in company CRM.
• Support one to three program managers.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and various service providers.
• Assist in the preparation of captive financial documents.
• Participate in meetings.
• Generate system reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in health benefits.
