About the position

The Health Care Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Elite Professionals Home Care LLC is responsible for driving and sustaining incremental volume in the delivery of home health care services. This role focuses on enhancing public and business relations, improving service to physicians, and educating the physician community about the services offered. The position requires a high-energy, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively promote the company's differentiating services to community members and clinical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive and sustain incremental volume in home health care services.
• Enhance public and business relations with physicians and referral sources.
• Educate the physician community about access to services through Elite Professionals Home Care.
• Set up and host activities, meetings, and face-to-face visits with prospective referral sources and patients.
• Promote Elite's services to community members and clinical professionals.

Requirements

• Experience in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in sales or public relations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google Products.
• Licensed driver with a reliable automobile.

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare Marketing Experience is a plus.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and the community.
