About the position

The Health Care Provider Account Executive (HCPAE) is a field-based sales role focused on growing existing business and securing new profitable accounts in the laboratory and diagnostics sector. This position requires building strong relationships with healthcare providers in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service to clients. The role emphasizes the importance of sensitivity and dedication to service in making impactful healthcare decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis, and consistent follow-up.
  • Target and secure new business of $15K Monthly.
  • Onboard new customers and provide overall support and expertise to new accounts.
  • Increase discretionary business through insurance access.
  • Partner with and notify Physician Account Manager on complex issues or when extensive service is required.
  • Provide immediate support for less complex issues for targets/prospects.
  • Leverage all tools and resources including data, SFDC, target lists, and marketing resources.
  • Maintain knowledge of all connectivity products such as Quanum, e-orders, and e-prescribe.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
  • Effectively manage pipeline via Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Perform administrative responsibilities including expense reports and sales reports.
  • Complete all trainings within assigned timelines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales with account ownership.
  • Hunter mentality is a must.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
  • Strong selling skills and ability to grow new business.
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid PC skills including Microsoft Software.
