About The Position
Full-time Health Center Administrator position available for our Lacey Medical and Dental Clinic and our Thurston County Walk-In Clinic, located in Olympia. The Health Center Administrator, under the direction of the Regional VP of Operations, is responsible for the overall operations, the day to day management and financial viability of the medical clinic, including the collaborative and functional integration of other members of the Clinical Care Team. In collaboration with the Medical Director or the VP of Medical Affairs, the Health Center Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the organization's personnel, departmental and other relevant policies and procedures. The Health Center Administrator assists with the financial planning and budgeting for the clinic, and is responsible for marketing the clinic services, and for developing collaborative working relationships with other community programs and agencies.
