Responsibilities

  • Maintain an understanding of AHRQ's mission while supporting internal and external communications activities.
  • Review, edit, and manage web content and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with agency priorities.
  • Serve as the technical expert for appropriate, timely, and impactful presentations of agency content.
  • Utilize AHRQ's Publishing and Communications Guidelines to produce relevant products and branding.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Experience representing communications priorities in meetings with scientific program managers.
  • Experience editing scientific reports, online tool kits, and promotional materials.
  • Experience working with designers on visual materials such as report covers and infographics.
