We are seeking a skilled Health Content Creator - AI Specialist with expertise in prompt engineering and the ability to train Large Language Models (LLMs) for custom content libraries, specifically in the domain of health communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a deep understanding of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and the ability to produce engaging and informative content for health engagement tailored to our audience's needs. In this role, you will be responsible for rapidly developing and expanding a library of reusable standard health engagement content using AI tools. You will train and maintain language models and prompts to generate specific program content. Collaboration with product and marketing teams is essential to ensure that the content aligns with the company's brand and health communication goals. You will develop and publish engaging content using developed LLMs across various communication channels, including SMS, email, interactive voice response, mobile websites, and blogs, focusing on health communication topics. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing prompt engineering techniques to enhance the performance of LLMs for generating health-related content. You will train and experiment with LLMs to develop custom content libraries that cater to specific health communication needs. Continuous evaluation and improvement of the LLMs' output will be necessary to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement. Additionally, you will document all relevant processes and procedures as they pertain to LLM training and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align on the development of LLM per business objectives. Research is a critical component of this role, as you will conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in health communications. You will continue adopting AI tools and advances to increase the quality of content and productivity of the team.
