As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the content strategy and execution specifically tailored for healthcare leadership audiences. This role is pivotal in shaping the narrative and brand presence of Best Buy Health within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a B2B creative marketing professional with a strong writing and content background, and familiarity with the US healthcare landscape. Knowledge of the pharma/life sciences industry and health plan audiences will be advantageous. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Campaigns Manager and Email Marketing Manager to align with marketing priorities and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include designing comprehensive content marketing strategies and setting quarterly content goals that align with business targets. You will lead various content marketing initiatives, ensuring that all content produced is engaging and effectively communicates the Best Buy Health story. This includes creating a diverse range of content such as blogs, articles, webinars, presentations, white papers, videos, and social media posts. You will also be responsible for maintaining style consistency, editing, proofreading, and improving all external content, ensuring high-quality standards are met. In addition, you will optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices and Google Analytics insights. Managing content creation bandwidth will be essential, and you will strategically leverage freelance support when necessary. You will develop content promotion plans in accordance with the campaigns calendar and gather feedback and ideas for content from various stakeholders, including customers and industry experts. This role is remote eligible, allowing you to work virtually from home or another US-based location outside of Best Buy Health's offices.
