Responsibilities

• Implement statewide training plans for program staff in health care facilities.
• Act as an expert in the survey and certification process.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for surveyors and consultants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Travel frequently to various health care facilities for evaluations and training.
• Collaborate with the Health Facilities Evaluator II Supervisor to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing License in the state of California (Required).
• 1 year of nursing experience (Required).
• Compact State Nurse License (Required).
