By doing so, the analyst directly supports the holistic patient-centric care model that Vivent Health is known for. In this role, the Health Informatics Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into knowledge. This involves organizing and managing large and varied datasets from disparate sources, analyzing these datasets to optimize operations, and effectively communicating findings through data visualization and reporting techniques to stakeholders and organizational leadership. The essential functions of this position include partnering with internal stakeholders and business partners to gather requirements, understanding technical capabilities, and identifying solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making. The analyst will also be tasked with developing, testing, and debugging an analytics pipeline to query, compile, organize, and integrate healthcare data from various sources, including an enterprise electronic health record (Epic Systems) and an HIV care management application (Provide Enterprise). This role requires a strong understanding of data storage and sharing methods, as well as the ability to develop reports and presentations that convey analytic insights in a clear and accessible manner. Additionally, the analyst will validate solutions prior to production deployment and support these solutions post-deployment, utilizing feedback to optimize delivered solutions.
