About the position

The Health Information Management Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records while providing efficient medical record services to customers. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity of health information and supporting the overall operations of Community Memorial Healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various Health Information Management duties to maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
  • Provide efficient medical record services to customers.
  • Assist in clerical and administrative tasks related to health information management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months related clerical or administrative experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Six months of medical records experience.
