This role is designed for those who are eager to make a difference in the lives of Medicare beneficiaries, particularly within the senior community. As a Health Insurance Agent, you will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to assist clients in navigating their health insurance options. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, primarily Spanish and English speakers, to identify their unique health insurance needs and recommend suitable plans. In this position, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and problem-solving. We believe in fostering a positive work environment where every team member is encouraged to learn and grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills while engaging with clients and helping them find the best solutions for their health insurance needs. Responsibilities

  • Assist Medicare beneficiaries in selecting appropriate health insurance plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of health insurance products.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve client challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a success-driven attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in inside sales (1 year preferred).
  • Weekend availability is highly preferred.
