About the position

The Health Insurance Product Analyst is responsible for analyzing and recommending improvements for health insurance products across various market segments. This role involves gathering and analyzing data from competitive, consumer, employer, and broker sources to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data (enrollment, market share, etc.) and product details (designs, benefits, pricing) across Medicare segments.
• Utilize both primary and secondary research to identify trends and dynamics.
• Assess publicly available data to understand industry trends and market environment.
• Develop presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations for product improvements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience in the health insurance industry, particularly with Medicare products.
