The Chief On-Site Administrative Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of contract services and managing personnel within the healthcare institution. This position is responsible for ensuring that the health service unit operates efficiently and effectively, coordinating healthcare delivery with other institutional functions. The manager will develop healthcare policies and procedures that align with the institution's goals and provide essential administrative support to the medical director. Regular meetings with institutional authorities will be held to optimize healthcare services, ensuring that the needs of the institution are met and that services are delivered at the highest quality. In addition to administrative duties, the Chief On-Site Administrative Manager will support the Medical Audit Committee and coordinate the implementation of the Annual In-service Training Program and Quality Improvement program, working closely with the Director of Nursing. Recruitment and selection of candidates will be conducted in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, ensuring that new employees receive proper orientation. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a personnel staffing schedule that meets contract requirements and approving all employee and independent contractor time records, ensuring timely payroll and reimbursement processes. The role requires the enforcement of CFG's progressive discipline policy, including the potential termination of employees when necessary. Coordination with hospital administrators for the delivery of services outside the institution is also a key responsibility, along with negotiating third-party contracts when appropriate. The Chief On-Site Administrative Manager will prepare and submit monthly statistical data and reports to the Institutional Authority and the CEO, Vice President, or President, and will coordinate the Annual Health Services Planning Process. Financial performance management of the contract site is crucial, requiring the evaluation and approval of all expenditures and the establishment of cost-effective controls without compromising healthcare quality. Monthly reports to the CEO will cover budget variances, operational plan progress, communications with client representatives, and other pertinent changes affecting the contract.
