About the position

The Health Systems Executive at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives in hospital networks to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is part of the North American Commercial Organization and involves significant travel, focusing on strategic account management and collaboration with regional sales teams to drive revenue growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships within the C-suite at the hub IDN and key stakeholders within the Health System accounts.
  • Build and lead the strategic year-over-year business plan within each Health System, focusing on key value drivers for both the customer and Beckman Coulter.
  • Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns with local regional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall customer partnership.
  • Partner with service organization to ensure successful installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance, providing oversight of all activities within individual accounts.
  • Collaborate with local Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment between local teams and the overall Health System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; master's degree preferred.
  • Nine plus years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory setting, including experience selling to C-Suite executives within large IDNs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly and concisely.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience understanding the business and financial goals of customers and developing strategies to position Beckman Coulter as their partner of choice.
  • Experience partnering with local sales teams to provide informal leadership and account strategy oversight.
  • Knowledge of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.
  • Experience leading account plan tactics and delivering effective business reviews.
