About the position
The Health & Wealth Analyst position at ADP involves supporting and driving transformation initiatives for HR and Benefit products and services. The role focuses on process re-engineering and technology integration to enhance the delivery of HR and Benefits solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement procedural changes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate and lead implementation timelines in accordance with business goals.
- Provide reporting and analytics to management stakeholders for decision making.
- Maintain knowledge of evolving HR and Benefit legislations and propose new procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Design and implement system changes to support business objectives.
- Lead formulation of business requirements and collaborate with system resources for implementation.
- Communicate project risk factors and issues to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach associates, handling escalations and providing feedback on development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR and Benefits processes and systems.
- Deliver HR and Benefit products and services according to Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of directly related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in Client Service, HR, or Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to HR and Benefits Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to prepare written documentation and training materials.
- Effective presentation skills.
