About the position

The Health & Wellness Scheduling Admin Support role at Kroger involves efficiently scheduling providers for the assigned health region while providing administrative support to the Kroger Health regional team. The position emphasizes customer service, communication, and organizational skills, ensuring that all scheduling practices align with company values and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately schedule providers for the assigned Kroger Health region.
  • Provide administrative support for the Kroger Health regional team.
  • Engage manager when scheduling conflicts arise, offering solutions or providing documentation of any ongoing scheduling issues.
  • Communicate regularly with members of the Kroger Health team including pharmacy practice coordinators, operations specialists, and pharmacists.
  • Work with applicable departments in maintaining associate records and ensuring records are appropriately retained.
  • Help coordinate training events/activities.
  • Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings, training sessions, presentations, and other day-to-day needs.
  • Provide reporting for associates lagging in training based on current policies and procedures.
  • Plan and support training of Kroger Health associates.
  • Attend recruiting events, appropriately representing Kroger Health in presentation and attitude.
  • Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
  • Provide backup to Health & Wellness admin support.
  • Support regulatory compliance of all pharmacy locations at the direction of the corporate compliance department.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and operate Kroger programs and systems
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to write routine reports/correspondence
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Any experience in administrative support role
  • Any experience in customer service/retail environment
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
