About the position

The Healthcare Account Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare accounts across the greater Colorado market. This role focuses on selling hardware and software solutions, promoting the full Beacon Healthcare Line Card, and acting as a trusted advisor in Critical Communication Technologies. The Account Manager must understand customer needs and strategic goals to effectively serve them, while coordinating with various Beacon resources to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Drive sales revenue by penetrating assigned accounts at both the IDN and facility level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Critical Communication Technologies.
  • Promote Beacon Communications' entire solution portfolio, including Audio-Visual, Security, and Clinical Solutions.
  • Maintain an ongoing account strategy for selling Beacon products and services to named and new client accounts.
  • Achieve sales quota and assigned account objectives.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Ensure the highest levels of professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Provide timely resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
  • Communicate with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.
  • Attend tradeshows, training, and meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong PC proficiency.
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience as an Account Executive.
  • Healthcare industry experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience selling healthcare-related software and services is highly desirable.
