About the position

The Healthcare Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Contract Implementation team by managing contract implementation requests, monitoring email communications, and ensuring all necessary documentation is processed efficiently. This hybrid position requires both remote work and occasional onsite presence in Canton, MA, focusing on administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of contract implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake of Contract Implementation requests in Service Now
  • Assign requests to relevant Associate Contract Specialist
  • Monitor email boxes and track volumes where applicable
  • Store contracts and all associated documentation appropriately as directed by Manager
  • Provide status reports on a regular basis regarding volumes and assignments
  • Prepare tracking documents and support the Associate Contract Specialists under the guidance of the Manager
  • Manage/participate in special projects
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years administrative experience in health care preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications required)
  • Excellent written & communication skills required
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to appropriately identify and escalate high-profile situations.
