Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth of the practice by adding 2-5 ophthalmologists in the next couple of years.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of hands-on managerial experience in the healthcare industry, preferably ophthalmology.

  • Working knowledge of ophthalmology billing, collections, and grant programs.
  • Proficiency in practice management software, especially Nextgen.
