Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain effective medical office management practices to streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Utilize healthcare systems such as Epic for managing patient records and administrative tasks.
  • Develop policies and procedures that promote best practices in medical administrative support.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration, particularly in a clinical setting.
  • Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficient in medical office management systems; experience with Epic is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
