About the position

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Healthcare at Zscaler, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape for some of the largest healthcare providers in the industry. Reporting directly to the Public Sector CTO, you will act as Zscaler's technical executive sponsor, making critical technology decisions that align with the organization's strategic goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership within the Healthcare Go-to-Market (GTM) team, ensuring that our solutions meet the unique needs of healthcare clients while fostering strong customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee all technological resources and establish a clear technology vision, strategies, and growth plans. You will be instrumental in supporting a growth strategy that includes expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and developing new business opportunities. Your expertise will also be essential in cultivating partnerships that enhance our service offerings and drive innovation. To stay ahead in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, you will conduct thorough research to remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. This knowledge will enable you to analyze and improve technology standards across the organization, ensuring that Zscaler remains at the forefront of cloud security solutions for healthcare providers. Your ability to anticipate changes and adapt our technology offerings will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers.
  • Provide technical leadership within the Healthcare GTM team in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Oversee all technology and technological resources, establishing the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans.
  • Support a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, analyzing and improving technology standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in technology improvement and development within healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required.
  • Expertise in supporting GTM teams within the healthcare provider community.
