Responsibilities
- Lead financial and revenue cycle management initiatives.
- Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for financial accounting departments.
- Support the COO and Executive Team in financial planning and strategic management.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting processes.
- Implement best practices in financial reform and oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare financial management and/or accounting experience.
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Controller in a multi-facility setting.
- Experience in investor-owned or private equity-backed healthcare settings.
- CPA certification preferred.
