Responsibilities

• Lead financial and revenue cycle management initiatives.
• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for financial accounting departments.
• Support the COO and Executive Team in financial planning and strategic management.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting processes.
• Implement best practices in financial reform and oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare financial management and/or accounting experience.
• Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Controller in a multi-facility setting.
• Experience in investor-owned or private equity-backed healthcare settings.
• CPA certification preferred.
