We are currently seeking an Intermediate level architect who is looking to join a collaborative team based in midtown Manhattan. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, and have the following skills: At least 5 years of experience (Min. 3 yrs in Healthcare) in Architecture and must be at U.S.-based firms. Degree in Architecture from a United States educational institution required. Ability to work in a team setting and highly motivated. Must have keen understanding on NYC Building Code, ADA and ability to integrate such criteria within complex architectural projects. Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills. Communicate / collaborate effectively with clients, builders and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Experience on institutional buildings and community centers in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Good Technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent REVIT skills a Plus. Adobe Suite and Rendering skills a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
