Medica Talent Group is excited to present a direct hire opportunity for a Regional Director of Outreach & Marketing at a leading healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing marketing strategies and operations across multiple PACE locations, with a focus on driving business growth and meeting membership enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a robust background in marketing, and a proven track record in regional marketing roles, particularly within the healthcare sector. The position is based in Commerce, CA, and requires travel to 15 sites across the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. The schedule is flexible, with the possibility of working evenings and weekends as needed. The Regional Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets aimed at increasing market penetration and enrollment in new service areas. This includes collaborating closely with PACE Senior Leaders, Center Program Directors, and Center Managers to implement strategic marketing initiatives and retention practices. The Director will ensure that marketing outreach and business development campaigns are executed effectively, measuring success through quantitative and qualitative metrics. Establishing and maintaining strategic community partnerships to enhance brand awareness and enrollment growth is also a key responsibility. In addition, the Director will optimize CRM systems to analyze data from marketing campaigns, enrollments, and disenrollments, facilitating informed decision-making and performance improvement. The role requires monitoring competitors and industry trends to make strategic decisions that support growth while ensuring compliance with State and Federal PACE regulations. The Director will also focus on employee engagement, fostering a culture of communication, wellness, and recognition within the team. This position demands a commitment to working with senior and underserved populations, ensuring that all marketing practices align with regulatory standards and corporate values.
