About the position

As a Healthcare Facilities Compliance Manager at CBRE, you will oversee quality assurance and compliance deliverables for small to medium-sized healthcare clients. This role is integral to the Contract Quality Management function, ensuring that all contractual service requirements are met and maintained effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Implement both company and client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives.
  • Communicate initiatives and issues across the functional areas and report compliance status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Maintain and present compliance documentation.
  • Track the success of quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
  • Report compliance and other metrics to the client during review meetings and escalate quality and compliance issues to senior management.
  • Implement inspection readiness programs and assist with audits, serving as a resource for quality operations.
  • Coordinate and implement periodic fire drills with internal and client EHS and management.
  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and influence parties to reach agreements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Must have an appropriate license and/or certification where required by law.
  • Relevant healthcare facilities or engineering credentials preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, CMS, NIAHO, NFPA, ISO, federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive and complicated information and handle problems effectively.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
