As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director at WTW, you will play a pivotal role within the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. This hybrid position requires you to work out of a WTW office while also allowing for remote work flexibility. You will lead financial and actuarial engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, significantly contributing to complex projects that span the full spectrum of employer health and group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating FAA concepts, strategies, and results to clients, driving actionable insights that enhance plan performance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering financial and actuarial strategies tailored to medium and large clients. You will also drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for additional actuarial, financial, and risk solutions. Your leadership will guide both regional and global teams in delivering high-quality consulting services, ensuring that all financial and actuarial deliverables meet client needs. With over 10 years of experience in health and welfare financial and actuarial strategies, you will leverage your proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships. Your deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts will enable you to lead data analytic projects and stay abreast of the latest developments in health and welfare plan strategy. You will be expected to possess an executive presence, with polished communication skills that allow you to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. A State Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of joining, and while an actuarial designation is optional, it is preferred.
