About the position

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a Healthcare Marketer/Patient Care Coordinator to enhance business development in the Salt Lake City and Tooele areas. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals and community representatives to promote services offered by our Skilled Rehabilitation Facilities, Home Care, and Hospice. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong communication skills, with a focus on building relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Meet with physicians, patients, and discharge planners to promote services.
• Develop business relationships in the Davis/Weber counties.
• Communicate effectively with case managers, social workers, and admission coordinators.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility rules.
• Participate in marketing events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility rules.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Sales and marketing experience with proven results in hospital organizations.
