Healing Hands Diagnostic LLC in Tucker, GA is seeking a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team as an independent contractor. The primary goal of this position is to generate referrals for our services, both in the long term by establishing ongoing relationships with healthcare providers and in the short term by securing immediate referrals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with referral sources, which includes cold calling to set up in-person meetings with potential providers. You will also attend job fairs to connect with employers who may benefit from our services and identify potential contracts. Field marketing activities will require travel to designated regions, where you will meet with clients and partners, as well as attend industry events. Organizing events to promote our products and services is also a key responsibility, as is increasing brand interest and awareness within the community. You will need to study company-provided materials to familiarize yourself with our clients and be prepared to answer questions from the public. Building relationships with community sponsors and members is essential, as is creating and distributing marketing materials. Participation in community outreach and engagement activities will help expand our network and referral base. Additionally, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and innovations will be part of your duties. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be engaging with a diverse range of individuals throughout the day. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both indoors and outdoors. Follow-up calls and effective communication within our CRM system regarding patient and referral source information will also be part of your responsibilities.
