About the position

The Healthcare Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting the clinic's services and enhancing its reputation within the healthcare community. This position is designed for a marketer with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in hospital case management, home health services, or nursing home marketing. The specialist will be responsible for building relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers to drive clinic growth and improve patient referral processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services and increase awareness among healthcare providers, patients, and the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, primary care providers, specialists, nursing homes, and home health agencies.
  • Drive clinic growth by identifying opportunities for collaboration with healthcare providers, improving the patient referral pipeline, and increasing patient acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and patient care standards.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital content) to highlight services and promote the clinic's offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure strategies are meeting business objectives and KPIs.
  • Engage in community outreach and networking events to strengthen clinic's presence and establish trust within the local healthcare ecosystem.
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are compliant and effective.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in hospital case management, home health services, or nursing home marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and patient referral processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with healthcare providers and referral sources.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
