About the position

VITUS Search Group has partnered with a nationwide Healthcare corporation in search of an EXPERIENCED Healthcare Customer Service Specialist in the Southborough, MA area. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. The role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service within the healthcare industry, and candidates must have prior experience in this field. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no night shifts required. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration, which is highly preferred, and will be responsible for handling incoming calls and customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and assisting with order entry and processing while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. In this role, you will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems is required, along with the ability to empathize with customers and provide compassionate support. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare customer service role is preferred, as this position requires a strong understanding of healthcare services and the ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Healthcare Office Administration (Required).
  • 1 year of experience in Medical Billing (Preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (Required).
