About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Administrator (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care and team development. This position emphasizes operational excellence, financial management, and the continuous improvement of clinical practices, all while fostering a supportive work environment that prioritizes work-life balance and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Build relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a healthcare or operational setting.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Strong operational experience, including P&L ownership and managing complex teams.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
