About the position

The Healthcare Operations Administrator at NRG Clinic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the online medical program. This role focuses on improving revenue, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate staff and build patient relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of medical services.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, including attendance and productivity metrics.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on customer service, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Create and manage departmental budget plans, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Review and update healthcare policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with department heads to improve internal processes.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Manage supply chain, ensuring the facility has all necessary medical equipment and tools.
  • Implement new healthcare technologies, including electronic health records, to enhance workflow.
  • Provide guidance on billing, insurance, and patient care processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor department budgets and financial goals, implementing cost control policies where necessary.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing queries and grievances, and distributing satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare law, insurance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure high standards of patient care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in staff development and retention.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and healthcare policy.
  • Proficient in healthcare information systems, Microsoft Office, and ICD-10 coding.
  • Ability to manage complex budgets and financial planning processes.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare quality improvement processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a healthcare management role, overseeing both administrative and clinical staff.
