About the position

Chewy is seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst to join the Pharmacy Merchandising Operations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the systems and services that support Chewy's Retail, Wholesale, and compounding pharmacy businesses. The analyst will work cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a customer-first approach in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a customer-first approach.
• Communicate reliably with external partners to ensure an efficient vendor experience.
• Learn current processes, identify issues and inefficiencies, and drive alignment across business partners.
• Translate business processes into business requirements and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Complete tasks autonomously within the assigned system track.
• Synthesize large quantities of data into actionable information.
• Participate in system implementation projects, including requirements documentation and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of related work experience with a track record of innovation and impact.
• Results-oriented mentality with the ability to react quickly and accurately to requests.
• Experience using dashboards to monitor metrics and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA).
• Experience with SQL.
• Background in e-commerce or merchandising.
