About the position

As a Facility Administrator with Fresenius Medical Care, you will manage and oversee the daily operations of the dialysis clinic, ensuring quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. This role involves collaboration with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse, as well as participation in a Clinical Leadership Program aimed at fostering continuous learning and career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partner with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Collaborate with the Home Therapies Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and comply with all data collections and auditing activities.
• Manage clinic financials including efficient utilization of supplies or equipment and regular profits and loss review.
• Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.
• Coordinate inventory/supply management by reviewing monthly inventory count and approving purchase orders for necessary items to ensure cost containment, timely distribution, and competitive pricing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a dialysis or medical facility setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting in a healthcare context.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in healthcare.
