About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic that prioritizes patient care and operational excellence. In this role, you will have the autonomy to run your clinic while receiving support from your director, regional peers, and the broader company. Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients to continuously improve their health outcomes.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to align business needs and produce results.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
