About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic that prioritizes patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
  • Foster relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and financial teams.
