As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic that prioritizes patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients to continuously improve their health outcomes.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to align business needs and produce results.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting to enhance patient care.
  • Address employee and patient concerns in partnership with the Regional Operations Director.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and financial teams.
