About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, ensuring that patient care is prioritized and that the clinic operates efficiently. You will have the autonomy to run your clinic, supported by your director, regional peers, and the greater company, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to align results with business needs.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical and financial teams.
