About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care and team development. This position emphasizes operational excellence, financial management, and fostering a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will have the autonomy to manage the clinic effectively, supported by regional leadership, and will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal care for patients, teammates, and the community.
• Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor management, and compliance monitoring.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
