About the position

The Healthcare Privacy & Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act. This position supports the execution of the Privacy and Compliance Program by assisting in regulatory, investigative, and administrative activities, as well as developing policies and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute regulatory, investigative, and administrative activities of the Privacy and Compliance Program.
• Develop policies and training materials related to privacy and compliance.
• Monitor end user access and prepare access reports.
• Create awareness communications regarding privacy and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Experience with privacy laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act.
• Strong analytical skills to assess compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop training materials and policies.
