About the position

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Program Administrator to join our Patient Services Administration team. This role is pivotal in developing, planning, coordinating, and maintaining the operation of complex healthcare programs and systems. The Healthcare Program Administrator will focus on administration and compliance, ensuring that all healthcare programs meet regulatory standards and operate efficiently. The position may also involve supervising a small support staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that departmental goals are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the Patient Services Administration within the hospital. ARMC is a state-of-the-art, 456-bed university-affiliated teaching medical center that prides itself on providing the latest technology in patient care. The facility includes a 24-hour Emergency Department, a Level I Trauma Center, a Regional Burn Center, and various outpatient specialty clinics. The Healthcare Program Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting these services, ensuring that they are delivered effectively and in compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, coordinate, and maintain complex healthcare programs and systems.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of experience conducting quality management, performance improvement, or related activities within the last five (5) years.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Nursing, or a closely related field.
