About the position

The Healthcare Project Coordinator will oversee an outbound call campaign, coordinating efforts between Service Operations, Senior Health Services, and vendor teams. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to ensure vendors meet their KPIs and SLAs. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work one day a week and additional days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an outbound call campaign and coordinate between Service Operations, Senior Health Services, and vendor teams.
• Provision access to support the outbound call program.
• Serve as a liaison between SHS, vendor, and SO teams.
• Lead meetings such as call calibrations, weekly touchpoints, and performance meetings.
• Provide weekly performance reporting and monitor performance, requesting corrective action as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3 years of experience in project management and call center operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other industry-standard PC applications.
