About the position

Innova Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager with experience in IT solutions for a Health System with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). This hybrid role based in NYC requires strong stakeholder management and Six Sigma process improvement skills. The position is full-time and contract-to-hire, lasting for 6 months, with local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager(s), Vendor(s), and Stakeholders for the Vendor's technology solution deliverables and expectations.
• Provide assistance and support for security and technology solution architecture reviews.
• Facilitate the completion of required questionnaires and provide requested supporting documents with Vendors and Stakeholders.
• Manage the Technical Build Review Process of the healthcare technology solution with Vendors and Stakeholders.
• Oversee the operational readiness of End-Point Devices and Systems with Vendors and Stakeholders.
• Coordinate the interoperability of data and system interfaces between on-premise systems, imaging modalities, and cloud systems.
• Ensure secured data transmission setup and requirements between on-premise systems and cloud systems are met.
• Collaborate with the operational team and service desk for monitoring, support, and maintenance preparation.
• Standardize the technical build process development through Lean Six Sigma process improvement guidelines.
• Coordinate the deployment and implementation of the technology solution for the Health System with IDN.

Requirements

• Strong experience in healthcare technology solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience working with technology solutions in Health Systems with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).
