About the position

The Healthcare Quality Assurance Analyst at Cognizant TriZetto plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions within the healthcare sector. This position involves authoring business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and serving as a subject matter expert throughout the software development life cycle. The analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, validating functionality, and identifying issues in software, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Design and document test requirements, execute tests, validate expected results, and log and retest defects.
• Translate requirements and technical specifications into test scenarios.
• Execute test plans, verify results, and communicate to the team.
• Participate in design reviews of business and functional requirements.
• Gain and apply knowledge of test management tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of healthcare industry experience or Agile scrum team experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in facilitation, negotiation, and influencing preferred.
• Healthcare (Health Plan) industry experience preferred.
