Volt is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing nonprofit community health organization. This position is based in Seattle, WA, and offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing real estate and facility projects, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role involves leading a talented team of facilities project managers and overseeing various projects related to construction, maintenance, site openings/closures, and space reconfiguration. In this position, you will be responsible for real estate management, which includes handling lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and lease administration while maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants. You will also develop and implement the facilities capital plan in collaboration with our team, ensuring compliance with facilities-related insurance, vendor, landlord, and tenant requirements through effective risk management. Additionally, you will oversee routine facilities assessments to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the physical condition and capital needs of our properties. Equipment management is also a key responsibility, where you will supervise clinical equipment inventories, ensuring proactive replacement and annual assessments. Compliance with facilities code requirements and infection prevention protocols is essential, as is the direct management of various facilities projects, including safety, compliance, construction management, and the implementation of new standards and systems.
