Volt is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing nonprofit community health organization in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing real estate and facility projects, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. In this role, you will lead and supervise a talented team of facilities project managers, overseeing various projects related to construction, maintenance, site openings and closures, and space reconfiguration. You will also handle lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants. As a Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the facilities capital plan in collaboration with our team. You will partner with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with facilities-related insurance, vendor, landlord, and tenant requirements. Additionally, you will oversee routine facilities assessments, ensuring that you maintain up-to-date knowledge of the physical condition and capital needs of our properties. You will supervise clinical equipment inventories, ensuring proactive replacement and annual assessments, and ensure adherence to facilities code requirements and infection prevention protocols. This position requires a hands-on approach, as you will directly manage a variety of facilities projects, including safety compliance, construction management, and the implementation of new standards and systems. The work hours are flexible, allowing for a schedule between 6 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with minimal expected overtime and occasional after-hours and weekend work. After a 4-month learning period, a hybrid remote/in-office work option will be available, contingent on productivity. Candidates must reside in the Seattle area and have a reliable personal vehicle for local travel between sites, with mileage and parking fees reimbursed.
