About the position

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment services for all vacant positions within the organization. This role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from initial inquiries through to job offers or rejections. The recruiter will coordinate job offers and related details, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates. A key aspect of this position is to remain actively involved in vacancy determination and job postings, working closely with directors, managers, and executives to establish rapport and cooperation regarding current and future recruitment issues. Additionally, the recruiter will assist with the internal transfer process and provide career advice and assessment to current associates and applicants as assigned. The role may also involve assisting the department with various projects and research as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service recruitment services for all vacant positions.
• Coordinate job offers and related details.
• Remain active in vacancy determination and job postings.
• Work directly with directors, managers, and executives on recruitment issues.
• Assist with the internal transfer process for current associates.
• Provide career advice and assessment to applicants and associates.
• Assist the department with projects and research as needed.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience as a recruiter.
• Ability to establish positive rapport with applicants and hiring managers/directors.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team setting.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
