About the position

The Recruiting Manager at Nevada Behavioral Health Systems is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role requires strong relationship management skills and effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position is on-site and plays a crucial role in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, checking references, and extending job offers.
  • Cultivate sources for new behavioral health therapist graduates.
  • Attend job fairs as necessary to promote the company and attract candidates.
  • Use multiple job boards to source candidates effectively.
  • Describe the company to potential employees and explain why NovumHealth is an appealing place to work.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks.
  • Be the main driver of the company ATS and be knowledgeable of the HRIS.
  • Be cross-trained in HR Generalist duties including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, training, and HR policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college in the HR field or an HR certificate preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with federal employment laws, especially Title VII, FLSA, and state hiring laws in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
