About the position

As a Healthcare Recruiter at Interim HealthCare in Charleston, SC, you will be responsible for the full-cycle and high-volume recruitment of healthcare professionals across various sectors, including private duty, medical staffing, home health, and hospice. Your role will involve leading all aspects of the recruiting process to meet the organizational needs in collaboration with other departments. You will proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals through diverse sources such as internet resources, company databases, provided leads, referrals, and social media platforms. Building and maintaining candidate relationships through effective sourcing and selection techniques will be crucial to your success. You will ensure a positive experience for potential employees from the moment they apply until they become part of the Interim Team. This position is not remote; candidates must be local to the Charleston, SC area and will be required to work in the office. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $67,000, depending on experience, along with an incentive bonus. Your responsibilities will also include creating engaging recruitment marketing materials, coordinating recruitment advertising, participating in recruiting activities such as job fairs and community events, and making presentations to educational institutions. You will build and maintain networks to find qualified passive candidates and recommend plans for various recruitment and retention activities. Additionally, you will manage the application process, conduct interviews, and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports to leadership, tracking the success of recruitment efforts and maintaining relationships with candidates.

  • Track and analyze success of recruitment efforts, costs, and time to hire.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Strong customer focus and keen personal assessment skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of federal and state requirements for licensed personnel.
  • Proven networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain trust-based relationships.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of hiring laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong work ethic with a results focus and desire to achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as in a team.
  • PC proficient, including MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
